      1. I unzip the file and move the RC3.0.2.23 folder on wamp/www and installed it via localhost. The installation was smooth, I input all the details but when I go to login page it says "Error 404"
         1. Its HTACCESS issue. You need to update that in order to make it run.

       I have try for bypass the purchase code, but when i reached on line no 141, I shocked for the trick of develpor, he have add no db in the installer, he hosted the db on his server and when API ('http://api.tecdiary.com/v1/dbtables/') accepted the request then create / send the db online in your existng db.
       
       So if anyone give me the user and purchse code I will redesign the install.php with the valid db
