      Follow this step.

      First (maybe not needed, but do it just for make sure):
      Go to folder "application" > config > database.php.
      make sure you fill (change it with your own database details):
      'hostname' => 'localhost',
      'username' => 'root',
      'password' => '',
      'database' => 'cc',

      Second, go to:
      Go to folder "application" > config > routes.php
      go to line 52.
      $route['default_controller'] = 'home';
      change home with install

      that's it, access it from your browser.
      And it will display installation process.
